Shipping, Order & Payment Policy
Shipping
Physical goods that require shipping, will include free international shipping at checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for all shipped goods to be received. If the item is not received by this time then you may get in touch via the Contact Me page.
Digital goods require no shipping, once they are fully paid for you will automatically receive the item to the email address you used during checkout.
Returns/Refunds
Physical goods cannot be exchanged, but may be returned for a full refund if they arrive damaged or faulty. Please see the Return Policy for more information.
Digital goods are eligible for a refund until 14 days after purchase date. Please note that refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, please use the Contact Me page to discuss any concerns you may have.
Order processing
Physical good orders are shipped within 3 working days of being ordered.
Digital good orders are processed immediately after full payment.
Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, however unfortunately I am unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped or received. Please use the Contact page to get in touch if you need to cancel or change an order.
Payment options
Current payment options include payment by Credit or Debit card or Bitcoin. Please use the Contact Me page if you wish to pay a different way i.e. via Amazon UK Giftcard or CashApp.
